TORCH VS. SAND – TORCH WINS!
To destroy a stack of sand or gravel take out the bottom block and quickly replace it with a torch. The rest of the stack will fall down onto the torch and break apart!

If you sprint or jump on ice it increases speed. When you come across an icy biome, be sure to keep jumping and sprinting to cover ground seriously fast. Just make sure you aren’t hungry or you won’t be able to sprint.
