Install Odin on your computer and run it.
Samsung Galaxy Note 3 switch off and boot into Download mode: press and hold the Vol button down, the Power and Home buttons together.
then press vol up
When connected successfully, you will get a message in Odin said Added !!. (In case you do not get it, try another USB port. If that does not help either, then re-install the USB driver).
In Odin make sure that Auto Reboot and F. Reset Time check box is the only option is checked and nothing else.
Click on the PDA in Odin, locate the file .tar.md5 and press the Start button to start the update process.
After the official update installation is completed successfully, the Odin ID: COM will turn green and Odin will display the message PASS.
